Terms of Service

1. The service
Nutri.Markets ("we", "us", the "Service") provides NutriVid Factory, a tool that researches, scripts, renders and schedules short-form market-intelligence videos, and publishes them to social-media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) that you explicitly connect, at your direction. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping access credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your access. You must be authorized to connect any social-media account you link to the Service.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the topics, assets and other input you provide, and to the videos the Service generates for you. You grant us the limited right to process, store and transmit that content solely to operate the Service (including uploading it to platforms you connect, when you ask us to). You represent that you have all rights necessary to the content you provide and publish.
4. AI-generated content - review required
Research, scripts, captions and metadata are generated with the help of AI models and may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Regulatory, market, health-claim and legal-adjacent content is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal, regulatory or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every video and post before it is published, and for ensuring your published content complies with the laws and advertising rules of the markets you target.
5. Third-party platforms
The Service interacts with third-party platforms through their official APIs. When you connect such an account you additionally agree to that platform's terms. In particular, by connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. We are not affiliated with these platforms and are not responsible for their actions, including content removal, strikes, suspensions or API changes.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, misleading (including unsubstantiated health claims), or that violates any platform's content policies. We may suspend access for breaches of this section.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability; scheduled publishing depends on third-party APIs outside our control.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from content published through the Service or actions taken by third-party platforms. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your social accounts at any time (Settings page, or by revoking access in the platform's own security settings). We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always available at this URL with its "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
