Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy covers Nutri.Markets / NutriVid Factory (the "Service"), https://nutri.markets - a tool that generates and publishes short-form videos to social-media accounts you connect. Contact: privacy@nutri.markets.

2. Data we collect

  • Access credentials - the shared access password used to sign in to the Service's web interface (stored as configuration, plus a session cookie).
  • Connected account data - OAuth access/refresh tokens, account/channel IDs and profile identifiers for the social platforms you connect (Google/YouTube, TikTok, Instagram/Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Your content - topics, scripts, research, generated videos, thumbnails, captions and scheduling information you create or approve in the Service.
  • Performance data - public engagement statistics (views, likes, comments) for posts published through the Service, fetched from platform APIs to show analytics.
  • Technical logs - standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging.

3. Google (YouTube) user data

When you connect a Google/YouTube account, the Service requests these OAuth scopes:

  • youtube.upload - to upload videos to your YouTube channel, only for videos you explicitly approve or schedule.
  • youtube.readonly - to read your channel and video statistics so the Service can display performance analytics.

Google tokens are stored on our own servers (PostgreSQL database and/or a local token file) and are used exclusively to provide these features to you. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties other than the infrastructure providers required to operate the Service.

The Service's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke the Service's access to your Google account at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, or by disconnecting the account in the Service's Settings page. Revoking access stops all further use; stored tokens are deleted on disconnect.

4. How we use data

  • Operate the Service: research, generate, render and schedule videos and posts.
  • Publish content to your connected accounts, only at your direction.
  • Display analytics and generate insights about your published content.
  • Maintain security, debug issues and prevent abuse.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers we operate or rent (application database and media storage) and is protected with access controls, authentication and encrypted transport (HTTPS). OAuth tokens are never exposed to the browser or to third parties. No method of storage is 100% secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs we will notify you without undue delay.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with: (a) the social platforms you connect, when publishing or fetching analytics at your direction; (b) infrastructure providers (hosting, storage) strictly as needed to run the Service; (c) authorities where legally required.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep your content and connected-account data while your access is active. Disconnecting a social account deletes its stored tokens. You may request deletion of your content and remaining personal data at any time via the contact address below; server backups rotate out within 30 days.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email us to exercise any of these rights.

9. Cookies

The Service uses a single first-party session cookie for sign-in (HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax). We use no tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always available at this URL with its "last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted in the Service.
